Inhalt dieser Weiterbildung

Ungewollte, meist tonische Bewegungen, früher assoziierte Reaktionen, sind der böse Wolf beim repetitiven Training und in allen übenden Situationen. In hierarchischer Reihenfolge ihrer Wirksamkeit werden die drei gängigen Kontrollmechanismen gezeigt

  • Gewichtsabnahme bei Schwerkraftüberwindung
  • visuelle Kontrolle im Taskumfeld
  • vereinfachte Grifftechnik.

Inhalte:

  • Therapeutische Aufgaben bei Ausweichbewegungen
  • Praktische Durchführung des experimentellen Designs bei Ausweichbewegungen
  • Therapievariablen
  • Sekundärprophylaxe

Das Live-Webinar beinhaltet ein Handout zum Webinar, ein 15-20-minütiges Intro zum Thema, 5-7 mehrminütige Video-Behandlungsbeispiele und Zugang für 3 Tage zum Videoportal nach dem Webinar sowie ggfs. Dokumentationsbögen + Checklisten zum Thema.
