Inhalt dieser Weiterbildung

In diesem Seminar setzt du dich mit den verschiedenen Möglichkeiten der neurorehabilitativen Pflege und Therapie auseinander. Du wirst befähigt die Pflege deiner Patienten und personenorientiert und professionell zu gestalten.

Folgende Inhalte erwarten dich im Rahmen der Fortbildung:

  • Neuroplastizität und die Bedeutung in der Neurorehabilitation
  • Grundlagen und Umsetzung des Konzeptes der Basalen Stimulation nach Prof. Dr. Fröhlich
  • Kooperation und Zusammenarbeit mit den Patienten und ihren Familien in dem Prozess der neurologischen Rehabilitation
  • Förderung von Aktivitäten und Partizipationsmöglichkeiten auf Grundlage der ICF
  • Pflegende, Familien und soziale Unterstutzungssysteme fördern
  • gelingende Kommunikationsformen
  • Edukation und Coaching im kollegialen Dialog
  • reflektierender Dialog in der interprofessionellen Teamarbeit
  • Umsetzungsstrategien
