The Heimerer Foundation was established in 2005 by Josefine and Friedrich Heimerer. The founders' intention was and is to promote education in Germany and internationally. It should be accessible to all and at the same time be of high quality. The needs of young people, applicants and participants are at the centre of their activities. This is also set out as follows in the Foundation's Articles of Association, §2 Purpose of the Foundation:
"The purpose of the foundation is to promote education and vocational training in all its branches, initially primarily in the social, curative, nursing, commercial and commercially related fields and in the field of IT professions."
Below you will find an insight into the work carried out so far, current projects and future plans. If you decide to make a donation, we and our participants would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Without training, there is a lack of skilled labour!
Numerous media outlets such as Zeit Online, Deutsches Ärzteblatt and Focus Online have also reported on the consequences of the shortage of skilled labour.
