As a family business that has existed for over 40 years, we are thinking about where the journey will take us in the coming decades. We are currently in a transition phase to the new generation. We have our sights firmly set on the next milestone, which will be in 2030 - our 50th anniversary. We are currently particularly concerned about the shortage of skilled labour in the healthcare sector. There is a shortage of skilled workers in the areas of nursing and therapy in particular. We are fully aware of our responsibility and have therefore set ourselves an ambitious goal: from now (2024) until 2030 , we want to train 10,000 additional healthcare professionals ; but see for yourself.
