This is my nursing specialist training at Heimerer in Munich
The vocational college will provide you with comprehensive support to qualify as a qualified nurse. After completing your training, you can work in all areas of hospitals, retirement homes, paediatric clinics, rehabilitation clinics and outpatient care. Your professional qualification will be recognised in all EU countries. Our school philosophy is: work with the students, not on the students. The projects and seminars are particularly noteworthy. Every year, an introductory seminar takes place in the well-equipped Berkmüllerhof seminar centre. During the training programme, for example, there are self-care seminars to prevent burnout. A four-day learning seminar serves as preparation for the final examination. There are also many projects, such as holidays with senior citizens or building bridges (working with bedridden people). our vocational school has been recognised as a "School without Racism - School with Courage".
Many training companies offer a wide range of experiences
As there are many healthcare, nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Munich and the surrounding area, the entire spectrum of practical training centres is covered. Various co-operation partners provide you with a wide range of experience - which you can put to perfect use in your later career as a nursing specialist. Some co-operation partners even offer you a staff flat during your training. Thanks to the central location of the vocational school at Munich Central Station, you can always get to the school quickly, saving you time.
