Quotes from our students and employees
Romy Hoepfner (subject leader)
"Our motto "we are family" is also lived at Heimerer Schools Zwickau. A good bond between the students and our school works through personality, through the people who fill the school with life."
Eileen Richter (former student of geriatric nursing)
“A big and heartfelt thank you goes to all the lecturers and staff at Heimerer Schule Zwickau. The biggest thank you goes to Mrs Hoepfner. She was always there to help and advise us, no matter what problems or questions we had. She is also a great companion in the practical parts. I think everyone who knows Mrs Hoepfner will miss her... Always a saying in stock, humming through the neighbourhood, that's Mrs Hoepfner.”
Nicole Hager (prospective geriatric nurse)
"I'm finishing my training as a geriatric nurse in August with a smile on my face and a tear in my eye. On the one hand, I'm happy to finally be able to start working independently as a carer. On the other hand, I'm a bit sad that the three years have gone by so quickly, because the Heimerer Schule is simply the best school there is!
The teachers and lecturers are all very friendly and competent. They impart their knowledge - and explain it until even the last person in the class has understood it. Furthermore, the teachers, especially Mrs Hoepfner, were always there for us when we had questions or problems and worked with us to find solutions as quickly as possible. As I learnt in a very small class, the atmosphere was also very informal.
I really enjoyed the apprenticeship. Thank you for the wonderful 3 years!"
