In the following, we would like to take you on our journey into the future and give you an intimate insight into our inner workings.
As a family business that has existed for over 40 years, we are thinking about where the journey will take us in the coming decades. We are currently in a transition phase to the new generation. We have our sights firmly set on the next milestone, which will be in 2030 - our 50th anniversary.
We have set ourselves an ambitious goal for this:
- Our mission is to train and develop healthcare professionals.
- Our vision is to train 10,000 additional healthcare professionals between now (2024) and 2030; but see for yourself:

Heimerer GmbH Social Care Schools in Döbeln proudly present the Heimerer Tower—a unique structure designed to illustrate our annual graduation numbers. Each year, we track and count the number of graduates at our Döbeln campus using marbles of different colors.

At Heimerer School in Schongau, we welcome students from all over the world. Our large, centrally displayed world map is more than just an eye-catcher—it tells the stories of our graduates:

At the Heimerer GmbH Social Care Schools in Torgau, there is a symbolic tree that represents the shared goal of the Heimerer schools. The roots represent the different starting points from which our graduates begin their journeys. The branches symbolize their individual educational paths. With every graduation, the tree continues to grow—a visible sign of the progress and diversity that we shape together year after year through the “10,000” project.
Each leaf on the tree represents a graduate of the Heimerer GmbH vocational schools in Landsberg and bears that person’s name. With every new graduate, the tree continues to grow—a visible symbol of our ongoing contribution to the shared vision of the Heimerer Schools.

Just as the wind carries dandelion seeds away, the students at Heimerer GmbH’s vocational schools in Augsburg set out into the world as skilled professionals. Each student in the graduating class leaves a fingerprint on a seed, which is then carried by the wind into the world of healthcare.
